Covid-19 Protocols in Place

Here's the step by step process which has been suggested by both the CDC and ADH for all of our safety. This we hope will ease your fears and allow your nervous system to relax before we actually begin your treatment. We want you to rest easy knowing we have created a safe, sanitized, healing atmosphere for your experience with us.

1 Arrival

Arrive 15 minutes Early
We will be on the lookout for you
no need to text or call

Per CDC guidelines please put on your mask before you come inside our clinic

Pre-Treatment Interview
We will take your temperature in the lobby with a touchless thermometer. If it reads 100.4 deg or higher you will be asked to leave and reschedule your apt.

You will be briefly interviewed about your exposure / recent travel / and present status regarding the virus.

We will determine if you are an at risk client and if so you will be advised to either re-schedule, be tested, or have an MD's referral for future treatment.

If you are exhibiting any flu-like symptoms ie: sniffling, coughing, sinus issues, breathing problems you will be asked to leave and reschedule your apt. 

You will Be Given a Mask
You will be required to wear a mask into and out of the establishment. One will be provided if you don't have your own.

2 Entry 

You Will Be Escorted In
You will be shown inside and allowed a trip to the bathroom if necessary. 

There will now be no waiting in the lobby.

We Will Take You to Room
*You will then be escorted to the treatment room 
* Both you and your therapist will sanitize their hands.
*Then you will be given your intake treatment interview.
*We will leave room and you will place your things in the bag provided
*We will return after you are properly covered and give us verbal approval to enter room.

Session
*We will treat your chief complaints
*We will exit the room 
*You will re-cloth and dispose of the clothes bag provided in the trashcan.
*You will open door when ready to checkout.

​NOTE:
Clients can opt to receive Supine positioning ONLY if they are willing to wear a mask. Please wear one to the apt. If you do not have one, one will be provided. If this is not comfortable you will ONLY be treated in the sidelying (common sleep position) and the prone (face down) positions.

3 Exit

​Contactless Check Out
You may opt to pre-pay when you make apt online. After you receive the success! message that your apt is complete look at the bottom of the message and press pay now!

You also may use apple pay or android pay at time of exit.

You may go to the bathroom
Again you will be escorted

You will be escorted out
You will be shown out the way you came in. Because we are staggering our movements with 4 therapists in our business space, you may be asked to wait patiently while we co-ordinate your exit.
