Cancellation Policy at Madison Orthopedic Massage

We require 24 hr notice to cancel your appointment
​You may either call us or do this yourself from your Full Slate account.

• We understand if you are cancelling your appointment due to sickness, a family emergency, or you are experiencing any flu-like symptomolgy. You will be excused and no cancellation fee will be charged provided you let us know at any time before your session. 
• To cancel yourself, first sign in to your Full Slate account (upper right hand corner of Services page)
  (if you do not have an account press "sign in" and then "create one")
• We will not excuse an absence because you forgot, overslept, had to work late etc. etc. and you will be billed half of your session fee as long as you call prior to your apt.
• In the event of a NCNS (No Call No Show for any reason you will incur an invoice for the entire session.
• If you NCNS on your first session you will forfeit your entire session fee.
• Once you have an account registered, you may schedule,cancel or change any appointments by signing in
